1. Who we are

Little Steps is provided by Madison Northington, an individual in the United States ("we", "us"). When you use Little Steps or buy anything in it, you are entering an agreement with Madison Northington.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or continuing to use Little Steps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service. You must be at least 13 years old, and of legal age in your area to make purchases. If you use Little Steps for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. The service

Little Steps helps you capture thoughts, organize them into tasks with AI suggestions, set reminders, track habits and moods, and keep a journal with a sidekick character. Optional paid extras (the Lifetime unlock and the Sidekick Club) unlock extra sidekicks, colors, accessories, outfits and moves. Little Steps is a personal organizing tool, not medical or professional advice.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Little Steps, including by:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
• sending spam or impersonating others;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• uploading malware, probing or attacking our systems, scraping, or bypassing limits or locks;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service or its art.

6. AI features

The brain dump organizer uses AI to suggest tasks. You're responsible for what you enter and how you use the suggestions. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete — check them before relying on them. Don't use AI features to create illegal, hateful, or harmful content. We may filter outputs or restrict content that breaks these terms. You keep the rights to what you write; you're responsible for having the rights to anything you enter.

7. Ownership

Madison Northington owns Little Steps, including its software, sidekick illustrations, designs, and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it, including any extras you've unlocked. Your tasks, journal entries and other content stay yours; you let us store and process them only to run the service for you. If you believe content infringes your rights, email nudgebug@outlook.com and we'll review it; repeat infringers may lose access.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, and cancellations are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The Sidekick Club renews automatically each month or year until cancelled; if you cancel, your perks last until the end of the period you paid for. The Lifetime unlock is a one-time payment. 9. Availability

We work to keep Little Steps running well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reminders and notifications depend on your device and browser and may be delayed or missed — don't rely on them for anything critical. The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, fail to pay, or create a security or fraud risk. You can stop using Little Steps anytime. When access ends, we may delete your content after a reasonable period; ask us if you'd like a copy first.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.

12. Other terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Madison Northington lives. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
